How will my student access the BookNook App?
Students will go to their school’s Clever page and login either on a Chrome or Safari browser. We have provided detailed instructions and video on how to login into your tutoring session here. Instructions have been provided in English and Spanish.
How do I access my student’s schedule?
In order to access your students’ schedule, please check your scheduling email from email@example.com. In that email you will receive your student’s tutoring schedule and other session information.
Am I able to change or reschedule tutoring?
Currently, we are unable to accommodate changes in the tutoring schedule so be sure to select times that your student can attend consistently.
My student’s tutor was not present when we logged on, what should I do? Please check that you are logging in at the correct time. If you log on to your session and your tutor is not present, please wait 5 minutes and a substitute tutor will automatically join the meeting and begin the session. If no one has joined after 5 minutes, please visit our support page for assistance.
My student’s reading level seems inaccurate. What can I do?
The BookNook app will automatically move students up on level as they pass tutoring lessons. If you feel your student’s reading level is inaccurate, please talk to your student’s tutor or contact our support team here with your questions or concerns.
